Overview
VoiceQ 6.0 series represents a strategic shift for our native applications VoiceQ Pro, VoiceQ Writer, VoiceQ Actor. This includes localization of user interface and functionality, integration with our new VoiceQ Cloud 3.0 platform streaming, and interoperability with client technology.
Features
Streaming from VoiceQ Cloud - Media can be streamed from files uploaded to VoiceQ Cloud. A valid VoiceQ Cloud license is required to access shared content when using streaming on a macOS application. Waveform and visuals are streamed securely from online projects with the project administrator allowing content to be viewed when connected.
MIDI marker export - Users may export a MIDI file from VoiceQ Pro. The file may contain timeline marker, characters, line ID, cue numbers and text.
Multi-factor Authenticator for VoiceQ Cloud accounts - Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security technology that gives our clients the option to keep their accounts secure. We implemented it across VoiceQ Cloud using an email system for accessing the application. Please note: MFA is not available in some European territories.
Audio output settings - Users can change the audio output for VoiceQ. This is useful for creatives who have mixer set-ups and multiple audio outputs.
Visual Character list in the timeline - Users can view the names of characters in the timeline. Users can edit the character list by manually changing the position in the scene characters menu or automatically using the column sorting as well.
Double click to edit the text in the timeline - Users can tap the line twice in the timeline to edit the text. This keeps users who are doing word and line sync to stay in the timeline view.
Dubtext script import - Users who use dubtext format may import and export these files now to the correct standard.
SMPTE TTS TTML import/export - More options for import and export. For more information on the format
